Free US shipping on orders $50+ (otherwise $6.90). Orders are processed in 3–5 business days, then arrive in 5–12 business days, so allow 8–17 business days in total. Some items ship from partner warehouses in the US and others from overseas, so multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Email info@pre2brand.com to start a return before sending anything back. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. We don’t offer direct exchanges, so return the item and place a new order for the size you need.
