International Shipping

We ship to 28+ countries worldwide, including Canada, the UK, Australia, UAE, Germany, France, Japan, and more.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. Delivery times vary by destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Shipping Delays Pre2Brand is not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@pre2brand.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days at info@pre2brand.com or call (832) 386-7440, Mon–Fri 7AM–6PM CT.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of the expected delivery date or receipt.
