Return Shipping Costs & Fees

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item, contact us right away at info@pre2brand.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these instances, Pre2brand will cover any return shipping fees required to fix our error.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for:

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

European Union Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling Off Period)

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
