Pre2Brand Returns & Refunds Policy

At Pre2Brand, your satisfaction is our priority. We’re committed to delivering quality apparel and accessories—but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it. To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging.

• A $20 restocking fee will apply to all returned items.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at orders@pre2brand.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. If your request is approved, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and a return shipping label.

3. Please do not return any products without an RA number, as they will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the $20 restocking fee and shipping charges. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Defective or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at orders@pre2brand.com so we can make it right.
